Distance learning nutrition courses

Our distance learning nutrition courses stem from a passionate belief in their ability to help achieve optimal health. Comprehensive technical knowledge along with practical experience of the skills needed to provide effective therapeutic advice form the basis of our nutrition courses.

From the very first module our students know how to help a number of common health problems, starting with the digestive system. Subsequent modules provide the building blocks for students to progressively increase their healing skills. Here’s what one of our students had to say:

“I am well under way with the course and really enjoying it, great to study something so easy to apply to your everyday life and the people around you. Thank you for putting together such a great course. The last nutritional course I did was so basic and mainstream and this hits you straight with the alternative perspective”
Josie, Hampshire

Simplicity was the philosophy of Dr Edward Bach, reflected in his work – the 38 flower remedies that ease distress and combat ill health. His view was that everything in Nature is simple and provides all that we need for survival – food, water, air and warmth. Simplicity defines both his system of healing, and our overall aims. We teach students to use as simple an approach as possible when giving therapeutic advice; the simpler we can make things for our clients, the greater their potential for recovery. ‘Finding direction in life’ is the key phrase for the Bach Wild Oat remedy. For many people, the decision to invest their valuable time and resources in learning naturopathic nutrition can be a life-changing experience for them.
